Terms of Service

The rules for using the NewBoarding website, live demo, and consultation form.

Last updated October 13, 2026

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the NewBoarding website, live demo, and consultation form (the “Services”), offered by ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Document No. L26000514557) (“we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use them for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

What we sell, and who administers it

ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC offers NewBoarding as software and as a hosted service, with setup and customization for each customer under a separate order form and subscription agreement. A customer's own IT or administration team administers its NewBoarding and is responsible for who has access, for the credentials it stores, and for its employees' information. ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC does not administer a customer's accounts or view its employees' credentials as part of the service.

About the product

What NewBoarding does and does not do, and what data it handles, is described on the How NewBoarding Works page. Those descriptions are not warranties unless included in a signed agreement.

The demo

The live demo shows NewBoarding with fictional sample data for a made-up company. Do not enter real personal information, real passwords, or confidential information into it. Anything you change may be reset at any time, and the demo is reset every night. It is provided for evaluation only and is not a production service.

Consultation requests

Submitting the form asks us to contact you. It does not create a contract, a customer relationship, or any obligation to buy or sell. Any engagement requires a signed agreement. A consultation is a sales and discussion conversation, not legal, security, financial, or compliance advice.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and to evaluate NewBoarding.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' data, or our systems, and do not probe, scan, or test their security without our written permission.
  • Do not overload, scrape at excessive volume, or bypass rate limits or other protections, and do not send spam, malware, or harmful code.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works from the Services except as the law allows, and do not use them to build a competing product.
  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
  • If you believe you have found a security issue, tell us at newboarding@odysseydevelopments.dev and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.

Your submissions

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a non-exclusive license to use it to respond to you and operate the Services, as described in the Privacy Policy. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.

Our intellectual property

The Services, including the software, designs, text, screenshots, logos, and the NewBoarding name and mark, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to view and use the Services for their intended purpose. Third-party names and trademarks (for example Microsoft, Entra, and Outlook) belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including the demo, at any time.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND THE DEMO ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF CONTENT. DESCRIPTIONS OF FEATURES, SECURITY, AND PERFORMANCE ON THIS SITE ARE ILLUSTRATIVE UNLESS CONFIRMED IN A SIGNED AGREEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE FREE SERVICES (WEBSITE, DEMO, AND CONSULTATION FORM) WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us and our members, employees, and contractors against third-party claims arising from your submissions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or others' rights.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or block access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Before filing a claim, the parties will try to resolve it informally for 30 days.

General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date; continued use after that date means you accept it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor. Contact: newboarding@odysseydevelopments.dev, or ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC, 1422 Princeton Ln, Boynton Beach, FL 33426.

Paid use of NewBoarding by a business is governed by a separate signed Software Subscription and License Agreement and Order Form, which take precedence over these Terms for that use.
