How ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC handles information from visitors to the NewBoarding website, the live demo, and the consultation form.

Last updated October 13, 2026

Who we are

NewBoarding is a product of ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Document No. L26000514557), with its principal office at 1422 Princeton Ln, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 (“we”, “us”). For the information described in this Policy, we are the controller (the “business”, under California law).

What we collect

  • Consultation requests: the name, work email, company, role, company size, interests, preferred time, and message you type into the form on /contact.
  • Network information: your IP address, stored with a consultation request and used to limit spam and abuse. Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, time).
  • Demo sign-in: choosing a demo role starts a session. The demo uses only fictional sample data. We do not ask you for an account, password, or any real personal information to use it.
  • We do not collect payment information on this site, and we do not collect precise location, biometric, or other sensitive personal information.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request, schedule a consultation, and discuss whether NewBoarding fits your company.
  • To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site, including rate limiting and preventing abuse or fraud.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
  • We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decisions, and we do not send marketing newsletters. If you want us to contact you again later, you can tell us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use a small number of service providers who process information for us under confidentiality and data-protection obligations: hosting (Vercel), our database (Neon), and, if enabled, an email delivery provider (Resend) that forwards consultation requests to our team. They are listed on the Data Processing & Subprocessors page.

We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect rights, property, or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you where required).

Cookies and tracking

We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies or pixels, and we run no third-party trackers. The only cookie is a strictly necessary sign-in session cookie for the demo, and your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser. See the Cookie Notice. Because we do not track you across sites, there is nothing to opt out of, and we honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by default.

How long we keep it

  • Consultation requests are kept for up to 2 years after we receive them, then deleted automatically. If you become a customer, information needed to provide and bill for the service is kept under your agreement and the law. If you ask us to delete a request sooner, we will (see "Your choices and rights").
  • Demo sessions expire after 12 hours, and the demo data is reset every night.
  • Server logs kept by our hosting provider follow that provider's standard retention periods.
  • See the Data Retention & Deletion page for the complete schedule.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (TLS with HSTS), access controls, a strict Content Security Policy, and logging. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and regulators as the law requires. See the Security page for details.

Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to give you a copy. Email newboarding@odysseydevelopments.dev from the address you used on the form, or write to us at 1422 Princeton Ln, Boynton Beach, FL 33426.
  • We respond within 30 days (up to 45 days where the law allows an extension, and we will tell you if we need it). We may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
  • California residents have rights to know, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of it (we do neither). Residents of other U.S. states with privacy laws, and of the EU/UK, have similar rights; contact us to exercise them. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may also contact your state attorney general or local regulator.
  • If you are in the EU/UK: our legal bases are your request (responding to you at your request), our legitimate interests in securing and operating the site, and legal obligations. Data may be processed in the United States using appropriate safeguards where required.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Customers and their employees

If your employer uses NewBoarding, your employer's own IT or administration team decides what information is stored and why, and is the one who can view and manage your stored logins. ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC provides and hosts the software on your employer's instructions; it does not administer your employer's accounts or view your logins as part of the service. Direct questions about that information to your employer's IT or HR team. This Policy does not cover that processing.

Changes and contact

We will post any update here with a new date, and tell you by email if a change is material and we have your address. Questions: newboarding@odysseydevelopments.dev, or ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC, 1422 Princeton Ln, Boynton Beach, FL 33426.

This Policy covers NewBoarding's own website and demo. When ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC hosts NewBoarding for a business customer, that customer controls its employees' data and ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC acts as its processor (see the Data Processing page).
