Employee onboarding & credentials hub
Day one, fully logged in.
NewBoarding gives every new hire all of their work logins in one secure place, so IT stops sitting with each person to hand out passwords.
Sample data for Harborline Motor Group, a fictional dealership group. No sign-up.

Your brand
per-customer logo, domain, systems
Everything a new hire needs. Nothing IT has to repeat.
Built for businesses with a lot of systems and a lot of locations, like dealership groups, clinics, and multi-site retail.
Every login, one page
New hires sign in once and see every system IT has set up for them, with the username, a one-tap reveal, and a link to open it.
Self-serve password resets
Employees request a reset in two taps. IT gets an email and an in-app alert, pastes the new password, and the employee is notified.
Synced from your directory
People, titles, managers, and locations flow in from Microsoft Entra ID. Offboarded accounts are blocked within minutes.
Setup progress at a glance
See who is fully provisioned and who still needs logins. New hires from the last three weeks float to the top.
Autobookmark
One click adds your systems as browser bookmarks and fills the browser's password manager, then wipes the file.
A complete audit trail
Every sign-in, password view, edit, and reset is logged with who, when, and from where.
For IT
A control center for onboarding.
See new hires, open resets, and blocked accounts the moment you sign in. Open any person to add or update their logins, edit their details, and review exactly what happened on their account.
- Overview with new hires and the reset queue
- People directory with setup progress and filters
- Reset requests with email alerts and a retry queue
- Overrides that survive directory syncs

Know who's ready
Every person shows how many of their logins are in place. Filter to new hires or anyone who still needs setup.

Resets without the runaround
Requests land in a queue and in your inbox. Paste the new password once and the employee is notified instantly.
From offer letter to first login.
- 1
IT adds the systems
Build your catalog once: name, link, icon, color, or your own logo.
- 2
Hires appear automatically
A new Entra account shows up in People with their role, manager, and location.
- 3
Logins get provisioned
IT records each login as it's created. The employee sees it the moment it's saved.
- 4
Day one just works
The new hire signs in, opens everything from one page, and starts working.

Your systems, your catalog.
Add the websites and apps your people use, pick an icon and color or upload a logo, and reorder them. New systems show up for everyone instantly.
Security that earns the keys.
A password hub is only worth having if it's built carefully. These are defaults, not add-ons.
Encrypted, and bound to its owner
Passwords are AES-256-GCM encrypted, tied to the person and system they belong to, and only decrypted when someone chooses to reveal them.
Directory-backed access
Sign-in runs through Microsoft Entra ID with your MFA rules. Disabled or deleted accounts lose access within minutes.
Everything is on the record
Each reveal, edit, export, and reset is audit-logged. Strict CSP, HSTS, same-origin checks, and short-lived sessions come standard.
Clear about what it is, and what it isn't.
What NewBoarding does
- Shows each employee the work logins IT recorded for them, in one place.
- Routes password-reset requests to IT and records the new login when it's done.
- Imports people from Microsoft Entra ID and blocks disabled accounts within minutes.
- Logs every sign-in, password view, change, and export for administrators.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't change passwords inside your other systems. IT resets them there, then records the new one here.
- It isn't single sign-on, an identity provider, or a replacement for MFA.
- It isn't zero-knowledge: your own IT administrators can reveal employee logins (always logged), and passwords are encrypted at rest, not end-to-end.
- It isn't for card numbers, health records, or other regulated data.
Your IT team runs it. We don't. You buy the product and the service: OdysseyDevelopments LLC builds, hosts, configures, and supports NewBoarding for you. Your own IT or administration team manages it and is the only group that can view employees' logins. We don't administer your accounts or look at your people's credentials.
